You can save money on a mattress if you go with one of the display models. Just keep in mind that it might be a little more broken in than you expect . . .
A 60-year-old woman in northern England was at a shopping mall on Monday, at a department store called John Lewis, which is kind of like Macy’s.
And she was on the top floor near the escalators when she fell over the edge, and dropped about 60 FEET. Which is obviously far enough to kill you.
But luckily she survived . . . because there happened to be a display mattress right below her, and she landed on it. Just like in any respectable zany buddy-cop movie from the ’80s.
She ended up with some injuries to her hip and back. But it looks like they’re pretty minor, and she’ll be okay.
