ADELE is about to sign a $130 MILLION deal with Sony. It’s the biggest record deal ever for a female artist, and for a British artist, male or female.
WHITNEY HOUSTON held the previous record for female artists with the $100 million deal she signed with Arista in 2001. As for the Brits, ROBBIE WILLIAMS had the old record with a $125 million deal with EMI in 2002.
She’s only 28, by the way.
