* WHAT…Snow and freezing rain expected. The ice will result in difficult travel conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Total ice accumulations of less than a tenth of an inch are expected. Snowfall amounts should be less than an inch.
* WHERE…Portions of southeast Illinois.
* WHEN…Light snow will begin moving into the area early this evening. The precipitation will begin mixing with freezing rain around midnight, before changing to all freezing rain.
