I’m not sure I’ve ever heard of someone blaming a crime on THIS addiction.
There’s a 21-year-old guy named Christopher Montilliano in Wailuku, Hawaii . . . and he was in court on Friday for stealing a car back in June.
And his excuse was . . . he stole the car because he wanted to go buy some Pepsi. He says he doesn’t just LOVE Pepsi, he’s ADDICTED to it.
So he wound up getting sentenced to 100 hours of community service . . . a $100 fine . . . four years of probation . . . and a four-year ban from DRINKING PEPSI.
The judge felt like he was lying about his Pepsi addiction leading to the crime . . . but since he SAID he was hooked on it, banning him from drinking it would teach him a lesson.
