Earlier: Troopers are on scene of a Traffic Crash at I-70 westbound, milepost 86. Westbound lanes are closed at this time and traffic is being diverted at the I-70/57 split just southwest of Effingham.
Please seek an alternate route for the time being to avoid delay and use caution if approaching the area.
