I gotta say, I respect this guy’s approach to an alien invasion. Step one: Report the invasion to the authorities. Step two: If the authorities don’t step up to save humanity, handle things your own damn self.
28-year-old James Fleurant from Vero Beach, Florida called 911 around 1:45 A.M. on Friday to report something serious.
He said he was, quote, “seeing aliens, little ones, flying low to the ground.”
And he thought the police should take care of the aliens . . . but if they didn’t, he would have to, quote, “go ‘Independence Day’ on them.” In other words: He’d take them out himself.
The cops came out but didn’t see the aliens. But they DID wind up arresting James for misuse of 911. (The Smoking Gun)
