US House District 15 Winner Declared by AP

In the US House District 15 race, Republican Mary Miller of Oakland has been declared the winner by the Associated Press, over Erika Weaver, Democrat from Mattoon. The seat became open when Congressman John Shimkus announced last November that he would not see re-election.
