Horizon Health Opens Specialty Clinic in Clark County
(Paris, IL)—Horizon Health announces the opening of a medical specialty clinic in Clark County, Illinois.
The new “Marshall Specialty Clinic” is located at 1006 S. 6th Street (Route 1) in Marshall. The building formerly housed the Human Resources Center of Edgar and Clark Counties and was once a KFC restaurant.
“We are thankful for the warm welcome we have received from the residents of Marshall and Clark County since opening EZ Care–Marshall in 2019,” said Oliver Smith, Horizon Health president & CEO. “Given the positive response, we will continue to increase our involvement in the community, offering new and expanded services as needed.”
Adam Schneider, certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), and staff from the Horizon Health Pain Management Clinic, will initially occupy the Marshall Specialty Clinic. They will begin seeing patients Wednesday, July 7, and will be available every other Wednesday. A medical referral is required to see the pain management team. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the Paris location at 217-466-4226.
Specialty clinic offerings will be expanded in the future to include orthopedics and spine services.
Podiatry will continue to be offered at the EZ Care–Marshall location, 1602 N. IL Hwy 1. Philip Holloway, DPM, sees patients there on Wednesdays, from 8 am to noon.
