Last week, Drake was spotted having what appeared to be an intimate dinner date at Dodger Stadium with Johanna Leia, mother of high school basketball star, Amari Bailey. However, according to a report from TMZ on Saturday (July 10th), Drizzy has been dating Johanna Leia for a few months.
Sources say Drake and Johanna met earlier this year through Johanna's son, Amari, who plays for the Sierra Canyon school's basketball team.
Drake has also reportedly been mentoring Amari, who will be attending UCLA in 2022.
The rapper supposedly advised Amari on money management, dealing with fame and more.
DRAKE'S 'CERTIFIED LOVER BOY' ALBUM COMING SOON
On another note, Drake's forthcoming album, Certified Lover Boy, is being mixed and should hopefully be arriving soon. During an appearance on Sound 42's Fri Yi Friday show ahead of the weekend, Drizzy spoke with hosts OVO Mark and OVO Noel.
When one of the hosts told Drake that his daughter wants to hear new music from the rapper, Drizzy replied, “You know, Uncle Drake's on his way back home to mix the album so she's got a bunch of new tracks coming her way.”
He then said, “Definitely on my way home to reunite with my dawg 40 and finish this thing up,” he said.
Drake added, “CLB on the way. On your head top.”
