Pork and Pigskins Championship

The Illinois Pork Producers are teaming with the IHSA for the Pork and Pigskins Championship, which will crown the best pork chop sandwich in the state among concession stands.  In addition to being named the “official pre-game meal of the IHSA,” the chop that is crowned state champion will receive an assortment of prizes from the Pork Producers.  You can learn more here.
