The Mattoon ERBA office will host a LIHEAP blitz day May 24th from 9:00-3:00. You can find out if you qualify for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, which would provide help with your utility bills. You’ll need to take proof of income for the past 30 days; social security cards for everyone in the household; and your latest gas and electric bills. The office is located at 416 South 17th Street in Mattoon.
