Charleston Carnegie Public Library Hosting Local Author, Carrie Dale
Charleston Carnegie Public Library is hosting Carrie Dale, Associate Professor at EIU and author, to present a reading from her newly published children’s book, “The Portal” followed by a Q & A session on Thursday, January 18th at 4:00pm in the Craft Room. The chapter book is written for children in third to fifth grade about two young girls who, through a mysterious portal, meet despite a vast difference time. Books may be purchased at the program to be signed by the author. The book is also available for checkout at the library.
