CHS, MHS Donate to SBL Regional Cancer Center
Charleston and Mattoon High School girls’ soccer teams recently played their annual ‘Kick it for a Cure’ game with proceeds from the event supporting the Sarah Bush Lincoln Regional Cancer Center.
Both teams sold ‘Kick it for a Cure’ T-shirts to raise funds and accepted donations from friends & family, raising more than $600. Since 2012, the teams have donated more than $20,000 to the Regional Cancer Center.
