SBL Golf Benefit set for June 13
The Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Foundation will host its 36th annual Golf Benefit on June 13 at Meadowview Golf Course. Net proceeds from this year’s outing support SBL’s greatest needs, including programs like the Children’s Dental Program, Healthy Communities, Peace Meal and Behavioral Health.
Both the morning and afternoon flights are full, but donations are still welcome. “The Golf Benefit is a great event that brings the community together for a day of outdoor fun,” SBL Special Events Officer Kim Lockart said. “SBL continues to grow, and we are grateful the community has recognized the importance of supporting both our physical growth and the expansion of programs and services.”
A highlight of this year’s Golf Benefit is the raffle package where one lucky person will win a week-long stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes, and $1,500 cash. The August 2-9, 2025 stay is in a two bedroom, two bathroom condo near Orlando, FL and is part of the Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club. The resort features a golf course, four outdoor swimming pools, two bars/lounges, an arcade/game room and is just minutes from Disney, Epcot and Magic Kingdom theme parks. Raffle tickets are buy one for $10, get one free through June 12.
