* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 to 32 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and west central Illinois.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could damage or kill sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
