Charleston Golfer Wins State Championship:
Charleston 8th Grader Hudson Meister is the IESA State Golf Champion. Meister drained three birdies on the front nine, finishing with a 32, and shot a 37 with two birdies on the back nine to finish with a 2-under 69 and a one shot victory. St. Anthony’s Coen Pennington was second at 68.
