A new survey found the top things people would want in their dream home.  And all I can say is . . . DREAM BIGGER, people.  I mean, a BALCONY came in third.  Are you kidding?

Here are the top 12 things we’d want in a dream house . . .

1. A bathroom attached to every bedroom.

2. Walk-in closets.

3. A balcony.

4. A relaxation or meditation room.

5. A library.

6. A gym.

7. A movie theater.

8. A wine cellar.

9. An aquarium.

10. A bowling alley.

11. A nightclub.
