Embarras River Basin Agency Receives $5,000 Coles Wind Community Grant to Support Families with Housing Counseling Services
[Charleston, Illinois] — ERBA’s Housing Counseling Department is excited to announce the receipt of a $5,000 grant from the Coles Wind/Apex Clean Energy Community Grant. This funding will enable us to continue providing vital one-on-one housing counseling services to families in our community.
Our housing counseling program offers personalized support to help families with:
Budgeting and Credit Management Rental Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Pre- and Post-Purchase Guidance Assistance with Home Repair Grants
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Coles Wind and Apex Clean Energy for their generous support. The Coles Wind project is dedicated to meeting Illinois’s growing electricity demand with clean, homegrown energy while driving economic growth in Coles County. In addition to providing renewable energy, the project creates jobs, supports local schools and governments, and offers long-term investment in the community.
