The studio moment surfaced after Cruz shared an image of his mother recording vocals while looking at her phone. The brief glimpse immediately stood out because Victoria has spent more than two decades largely away from releasing new music. No details have been announced about what she recorded or whether the session is connected to a future release.
Victoria rose to international fame as Posh Spice in the Spice Girls before launching a solo career. Her self-titled debut album arrived in 2001, followed by several singles, but her focus eventually shifted toward fashion, beauty and other business projects.
Music, meanwhile, has become an increasingly important part of Cruz’s career. The 21-year-old musician performs with his band, The Breakers, which recently released its debut EP, Wear & Tear.
