The average parent only gets three-and-a-half hours a WEEK of quality time with their kids, according to a new survey.  And in most cases, that’s not by choice.

So what’s getting in the way of our quality time with our kids?  Here are the top 10 things . . .

1. Housework.

2. Long hours at work.

3. School schedules.

4. Homework.

5. The kids would rather play video games.

6. Everyone in the family is too busy staring at their phones to hang out.

7. The kids would rather watch TV.

8. Inconvenient work shifts.

9. The kids’ extracurricular activities.
