According to a new survey, one out of THREE people are already DIETING for the holidays.
It’s kind of a genius plan: You slim down a little for Christmas photos, then you eat everything in sight and shoot right past what you weigh now. But that’s January’s problem, right?
The survey also found the unhealthy food we’re looking forward to having during Christmas is . . . alcohol.
And one more note: A different survey found only 11% of people don’t indulge at all during the holidays . . . and the rest of us will put down an average of 619 extra calories every day between Thanksgiving and New Year’s.
