Ferrari just announced that ALL of their cars will be hybrids by 2019. They’ll still have a lot of power and speed . . . but it’s hard to imagine they’ll feel 100% similar to classic Ferraris.
The reason they’re making the change is so they’ll be allowed to sell more cars. If they want to be eligible to sell more than 10,000 cars a year, they have to meet specific fuel economy and emissions standards. Right now they can only sell 8,000 a year. (Cnet)
