Some people in Pattaya, Thailand were walking on the beach on Monday night when they spotted something out in the water. It was a bright white, human-like shape floating just off the shore . . . and they were pretty sure it was a GHOST.
So they called the cops.
The cops got there and they quickly realized it WASN’T a ghost . . . it was just a very PALE woman.
She was a 40-year-old tourist and after a night out of drinking and partying, she decided to go SKINNY DIPPING.
The cops wound up taking her back to her hotel room and they decided not to charge her with a crime. (The Sun)
