Chicago Police Looking At Report Vegas Shooter Booked Rooms There
(Chicago, IL) — Chicago police say they’re looking into reports that Las Vegas shooting suspect Stephen Paddock booked rooms at a hotel during last summer’s Lollapalooza music festival near Grant Park. TMZ reports Paddock reserved two rooms at the Blackstone Hotel in August with a clear view of the concert stages. But Paddock never showed. A Chicago police spokesman says they’re “aware of the media reports” and have been in communication with the feds. Last week, Paddock booked a room on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. He’s accused of opening fire on a concert crowd Sunday night killing nearly 60 people.
