Entries are being accepted for the Mattoon Arts Council’s 2018 quilt show. Quilts that reflect the theme “Oh My Stars and Pinwheels” are encouraged, but not required. Forms must be turned in by January 5th. Visit mattoonartscouncil.org for more information.
