Due to excessive rainfall, the National Weather Service has issued FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS for portions of The Party listening area … including Champaign, Coles, Edgar, Effingham, Moultrie, and Vermilion Counties, and ALL of Douglas and Shelby Counties. The Flash Flood Warning also includes parts of Christian, and Macon counties and continues until 6:30 am Sunday.
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING means floods can occur quickly, and can be deadly. Remember, NEVER drive through standing water… “turn around, don’t drown!”
ALL other counties in The Party listening area are under a FLASH FLOOD WATCH from NOW through MONDAY.
