At least seven deaths are blamed on the storm which was downgraded from a hurricane yesterday. An estimated 900-thousand people across North Carolina and South Carolina remain without power this morning, and water rescues are still underway several communities. Forecasters say Florence will likely be downgraded to a tropical depression later today, but the region can expect at least two more days of heavy rainfall.
