Children’s Halloween Party at Shelbyville (IL) VFW

The Shelbyville (IL) VFW will host a children’s Halloween party October 27^th starting at 6:00 p.m.  They’ll have a costume contest, chili and hot dogs, and of course, all kids will get treats.
