How much money do you need to make, before you feel like your career is successful?
According to a new survey, the average guy says the salary he’d need to feel like his career is successful is . . . $82,800 a year. Women have slightly lower expectations . . . $77,000 a year. And both of those seem very reasonable, actually.
The survey also found women believe having flexibility in their schedule shows they’ve “made it.” For men, it’s being their own boss.
