(Jackson, MS) — Someone has been leaving mashedpotatoes around a Mississippi neighborhood and locals are baffled. Plates of mashed potatoes have been found on porches, mailboxes and even on top of cars in the Belhaven area of Jackson. One resident said the neighborhood is known to do quirky things, but this by far is the weirdest. Another said some people are concerned the potatoes may be poisoned to kill animals. But, neighbors said the police aren’t involved yet because the prank appears to be harmless for now.
