And here’s why you don’t try a complicated exercise in the middle of committing a crime.
A guy in Salina, Kansas woke up around 5:00 A.M. last Tuesday when he heard some noises in his basement. And when he went down there, he found a BURGLAR was in his house . . . and was trapped.
A 39-year-old guy named Jamey Sanders had broken into the house and then tried to use an INVERSION TABLE that was in the basement. If you’re not familiar, that’s an exercise machine where you strap yourself in upside-down and do sit-ups.
Well, Jamey had strapped himself in, but apparently he didn’t have the core strength to pull himself up to undo the straps. So he was trapped.
The cops came, and he was arrested for aggravated burglary.
And all he’d managed to steal before he tried to exercise was a container of cranberry juice.
