All contests are open to all listeners, unless otherwise stated. There is no purchase necessary. All prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. All taxes incurred due to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Employees and family members of 104.3 The Party and sponsors directly involved in the contest are ineligible to win. All winners must supply 104.3 The Party with their name, address, phone number and social security number before any prize is awarded. One winner per household per 30 days. Prizes must be claimed within two weeks of winning during regular business hours (8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday). If after the contest begins, changes or updates are deemed necessary, 104.3 The Party will do so and make the required changes, and will announce them on the air.

Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. All entrants are providing information directly to the Contest Sponsors and agree to release Apple Inc. from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest.
