Polls Are Closing In Four States
(Undated) — Polls are closing in four states at 10 p.m. Eastern time. Voting is over in Iowa, Montana, Nevada and Utah. The presidential race has been a statistical tie in Iowa in the past few weeks. It also has one of the most watched Senate races as Republican Joni Ernst tries to hold off challenger Theresa Greenfield.
There are also two races to watch in Montana. Democratic Governor Steve Bullock was leading Republican Senator Steve Daines in some polls. The race to replace Bullock is just as hot. Republican Greg Gianforte and Democrat Mike Cooney are battling for the seat Bullock was forced to give up because of term limits. Cooney is the lieutenant governor. Congressman Gianforte is a businessman who became a billionaire when Oracle bought his tech company. He made national news when he body slammed a reporter just before his election to Congress.
