Lincoln’s Birthday Celebration: Honoring America’s 250th Join us on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 2–4 PM at the historic Vandalia Statehouse for a special celebration of Abraham Lincoln’s Birthday during America’s Semiquincentennial.
Fritz Klein as Abraham Lincoln will bring history to life, sharing Lincoln’s perspectives on America’s 250th Birthday, the movement of the Illinois State Capital, and slavery.
Vandalia Community High School students will perform patriotic music, and guests can enjoy:
