We’ve still got three weeks of summer left, so this seems early. But it’s actually about when it happened last year . . .
The Pumpkin Spice Latte will officially be back on the menu at Starbucks next Tuesday. But there’s actually a way to get one NOW.
Just go to PSLFanPass.com and enter your phone number. Then they’ll text you a code to show at the store so you can buy one. So it’s not free, but you can get one four days early.
They’re also debuting a new drink next Tuesday called the “Chile Mocha” . . . spelled like the country, not like you’re cold. It’s regular coffee, not iced coffee . . . and apparently it’s the first time they’ve used HOT spices in a drink.
It’s cocoa powder and some sort of “fall spice” blend, mixed with steamed milk and espresso. Then they top it with whipped cream, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, ancho chile powder, sugar, and sea salt.
And they’re also letting you substitute regular milk with ALMOND milk in any drink now. (Uproxx / Mashable)
