The National Toy Hall of Fame in Rochester, New York just announced the finalists for this year’s class. And as usual, it’s a mix of toys that have been popular for decades, and a few random things kids just like playing with.
Here are the 12 finalists . . . only two or three of them will actually get voted into the Hall of Fame later this year.
Care Bears . . . Nerf . . . pinball . . . Dungeons and Dragons . . . Clue . . . coloring books . . . Transformers . . . swings . . . Uno . . . Fisher-Price Little People . . . Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots . . . and bubble wrap.
The three toys that were inducted last year were the Super Soaker . . . Twister . . . and puppets.
This year’s picks will be announced on November 10th.
