Based on the number of baby photos I see on Facebook every day, lawsuits like THIS could become more common.
An 18-year-old in Carinthia, Austria is SUING her parents . . . for posting embarrassing childhood photos of her on Facebook.
She says they’ve posted more than 500 pictures over the past seven years, including ones where she’s getting her diaper changed, and potty training.
Quote, “They knew no shame and no limit, and didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my [crib], every stage was photographed and then made public.”
And even though she kept asking her parents to take them down, they wouldn’t . . . so she finally decided to sue them. The case is going to court in November.
She didn’t specify how much money she wants in pain and suffering . . . she’s going to let the court decide.
