According to a new survey, the average person only takes a 28-minute lunch break . . . and only 17% of people take a full hour. 12% of people don’t take one at all.
But it’s really NOT a great idea. When you skip taking a break and stay at your desk, it makes you less productive, and less creative. And since you’re not getting a good break from all that sitting, it might even be bad for your health. (Daily Mail)
