The American Farm Bureau Federation always releases a study around this time of year where they calculate how much it should cost to serve Thanksgiving dinner. And their result always seems VERY low.
This year is no exception. In fact, the price is DOWN from last year.
According to the study, it should cost only $49.87 to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people next week . . . or less than $5 per person. That’s down 1% from last year.
Their dinner includes: A 16-pound turkey . . . stuffing . . . sweet potatoes . . . rolls . . . peas . . . cranberries . . . carrots and celery . . . pumpkin pie with whipped cream . . . coffee . . . and milk.
