Watching the ball drop in Times Square is on a lot of bucket lists. But it’s really just way too many people, and not enough bathrooms. And according to a new study, New York is NOT one of the best places to spend New Year’s Eve this year.
They looked at 100 cities in the U.S., and factored in things like how safe each place is . . . how good the fireworks are . . . and how much it costs. New York ranked 38th, mostly because it’s so expensive. Here are the top ten . . .
- Orlando. There’s a lot of stuff to do, and most of it’s relatively cheap.
- San Francisco.
- Atlanta.
- Denver.
- Buffalo.
- Cincinnati.
- Miami.
- St. Louis.
- Pittsburgh.
- Las Vegas. But if you drive a few miles north, you’ll be in the WORST spot for New Years. North Las Vegas came in last, because there’s not much going on there. (Wallet Hub)
