A 10-year-old boy with terminal brain cancer named Logan Schoenhardt went to his doctor with a strange request earlier this year.
He’s a big New England Patriots fan, and he loves TOM BRADY. So before undergoing his sixth brain surgery, he asked his surgeon if . . . while he had him opened up . . . he could engrave Brady’s number ’12’ on his SKULL.
His doctor Jonathan Martin said, quote, “[There] really wasn’t anything that was going to pose any additional risk to him, and given what I thought it might do for his morale, I said, ‘Why not?'”
Brady heard about this and was inspired by his toughness. Brady told him, quote, “I just want you to know I’ve heard about your incredible story, your incredible journey . .
“And it’s amazing what you’ve fought through over the course of your life, and I’m a big fan of YOURS.” Brady met Logan earlier this month, and they posed for a photo together. Logan said, quote, “It’s freaking Tom Brady!”
