43% of companies are giving their employees a paid day off on Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
That’s an all-time high . . . by FAR. The past two years, 37% of companies have given their employees the day off. And just seven years ago, only 28% of companies gave people the day off.
That also means that people are now more likely to get MLK Day off than President’s Day . . . only 37% of companies make that a paid day off.
