Consumers and retailers won big over the five-day shopping holiday last week. The National Retail Federation says from Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday, more than 174-million Americans shopped in stores and online. That’s ten-million more than the 164-million estimated shoppers from the group’s earlier survey. The Retail Federation says average spending per person over the five-day period was about 335-dollars. The biggest spenders were older millennials ages 25 to 34. The most popular day for in-store shopping was Black Friday.
